Shipping & Delivery Policy

UK & Ireland Orders:

  • Processing Time: Your order will take up to 6 working days to be processed before it's dispatched. During busy periods, such as sales, this processing time will be extended to 10 working days. If your order includes a custom wig, please allow 15 working days for processing and dispatch. If there are any delays you will be notified 
  • Delivery Time: Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive it within 1-3 working days.
  • Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped via DHL Express or Royal Mail delivery service, depending on the specifics of your order.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so that you can monitor its progress.
  • Signature Requirement: Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt of your order.
  • Delivery Liability: Pure Hair London Ltd is not liable for any delays or missing parcels in the delivery process. Once your order is dispatched, our chosen courier service takes responsibility for ensuring delivery within the specified timescales and for the safe arrival of your parcel.

International Orders:

  • Processing Time: International orders will also take up to 6 working days to be processed before dispatch. During busier periods, this processing time may extend to 10 working days. For custom wig orders, please allow 15 working days for processing and dispatch.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for Europe, USA & Canada are free. For the rest of the world, there is a fixed shipping fee of £45.
  • Delivery Time: Upon dispatch, international orders typically take 2-6 working days to be delivered.
  • Shipping Method: All international orders will be delivered via DHL Express delivery service.
  • Tracking Information: Similar to UK & Ireland orders, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Signature Requirement: A signature will be required upon receipt of your international order.
  • Custom Charges: Please be aware that any custom charges incurred on international orders must be paid for by the recipient. Pure Hair London cannot control or be held responsible for these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
  • Delivery Liability: As with UK & Ireland orders, Pure Hair London Ltd is not liable for any missing parcels or delivery delays in the international shipping process. Our chosen courier service is responsible for ensuring delivery within the specified timescales and for the safe arrival of your parcel.
